Cette m\u00e9moire est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement destin\u00e9e aux applications professionnelles en raison de son co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9. Elle offre \u00e9galement les meilleures performances et la plus grande durabilit\u00e9, avec plusieurs dizaines de milliers de cycles d\u2019\u00e9criture.<\/li>\n<li>MLC (Multi Level Cell) : Chaque cellule peut stocker plusieurs bits (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 2). Les performances sont inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de la m\u00e9moire SLC, et sa dur\u00e9e de vie ne d\u00e9passe pas les 10 000 cycles.<\/li>\n<li>TLC (Triple Level Cell) : Chaque cellule peut stocker 3 bits. Ce type de m\u00e9moire est moins performant et moins durable que les deux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, avec environ 3 000 cycles d\u2019\u00e9criture.<\/li>\n<li>QLC (Quad Level Cell) : Chaque cellule peut stocker 4 bits. Il s\u2019agit de la technologie la plus r\u00e9cente, offrant des performances inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de la m\u00e9moire TLC, mais son co\u00fbt r\u00e9duit permet de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une plus grande capacit\u00e9 de stockage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le choix de la technologie utilis\u00e9e pour la mise en cache sur serveur NAS a-t-il une r\u00e9elle importance ? Et bien, oui. Lorsque vous recherchez le meilleur SSD\u00a0M.2 NVMe pour la mise en cache des donn\u00e9es NAS, il est important de garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit cette technologie NAND.<\/p>\n<p>SLC est la meilleure technologie.
